Winter Holiday Season / Gift Exchange Policy
Holiday Gifts are exchangeable through January 10 of the current Holiday Season. Gift Receipt must be present at the time of exchange.
Furniture Policy
Furniture purchases are exchangeable within 15 days pending 72 hour notification in writing by Email Duchessa@duchessa.us. Delivery charges are at the expense of the purchaser.
All special order furnishings are final sale.

Gift Certificates and Store Credits must be present at the time of purchase. Gift Certificates and Store Credits are redeemable for up to 90 days after the Original Transaction Date.
